A glycopeptide partial sequence of the binding region of the P-selectin glycoprotein ligand PSGL-1 in which the O-glycosyl threonine is substituted by a Sialyl Lewis A asparagine moiety was synthesized on solid-phase using the allylic HYCRON anchoring technique.
